8 bone-in chicken thighs (2 1/2 pounds)
1/4 cup plus 1/3 cup teriyaki sauce
2 bunches baby bok choy, quartered
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 cup long-grain white rice

1. In a huge pan, mix the garlic and ¼ cup of the teriyaki sauce. Add the chick, turn to coat, cover, and let marinate for 30 minutes.
2. Cook the rice according to the packaging directions.

3 cups fresh baby spinach
2 green onions, sliced
6 slices nitrate-free bacon, cut into small pieces
4 (about 1.5 lbs.) boneless chicken breasts
2 cups fresh cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
fresh parsley, or basil for garnish

2 eggs
1/3 cup sugar
8 slices white sandwich bread
